Grgich Hills Estate

Napa Valley Chardonnay 2019

The “King of Chardonnay” Mike Grgich farms w/o pesticides and certified organic. Aged 10 months, no MLF. Medium lemon color with aromas of stone & citrus fruits. On the palate flavors of apple, pear & lemon citrus flavors, with honeysuckle, vanilla & toasty oak notes. Nice balance with acidity on long finish with a toasty mineral ending. Not your typical CA Chard, very nice! — 13 days ago

Le Mont Sec Vouvray Chenin Blanc 2007

Somewhat riper than expected but still fresh and racy, crystalline acidity with tropical fruit, honeysuckle, bruised apple, petrol and cheese rind notes adding interest. And the color is stunning — a month ago

L'Ermitage Brut Anderson Valley Chardonnay Pinot Noir 2015

Cheers to top quality bubbles from the Anderson Valley of the North Coast of California!

This wine is made with a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes.

It’s beautifully balanced with layers of autolytic characteristics like toasted almond, pie crust, brioche, biscuit, marzipan, nougat, thanks to 5 YEARS on the lees…

It has a creamy mouthfeel maintaining freshness with notes of white peach, apple, raspberry, lemon zest, white blossom…

Mousse is fine and persistent.

Great wine, we've enjoyed a lot of them over the years, 2005 is still the most memorable vintage, just exceptional.

Cristal Brut Champagne Chardonnay Pinot Noir Blend 2012

Medium light lemon yellow colour . Quite open and fruit driven , lemon peel , touch of seashell and ripe apple . On the palate a bit more of the citrus fruits with some brioche and ripe apple , mineral tinged finish . Very fresh and vivid . Long mineral tinged , citrus peel finish . Showing pretty young, really fresh and fruit orientated. This is still very nice now , but will obviously benefit from further aging especially in magnum . From now on, but better in 5-10 years and will last well a further 10-15 — 14 hours ago
