Beautiful Malbec from the Allegretto Estate in Paso. Long live the garagistes! Fantastic nose, layers of cassis and red currant. Perfectly balanced with mellow tannins. Nice acidity to complement. Long finish. This is as good as it gets. Perfect choice to celebrate a rare milestone. — 5 years ago

I tried this cab first at Allegretto and then had a bottle on Christmas Day. This is a great cab, grippy tannins starting to mellow, layers of fruit long finish. These wines are pricey, but other than that they are wonderful. Same for their estate Malbec. One of the best winemakers in Paso. — 6 years ago

Candied cherry. Lay it down for at least 5 years. — 7 years ago
It's not complex but it doesn't need to be. Has nice citrus notes with a crisp freshness that reels you in on a hot Oregon day. Can I grill some kebabs with this??? — 8 years ago
Really enjoyed this one. Not usually a Cab fan. — 10 years ago
