My snowboarding bud just opened a pizza joint in Montclair, NJ. Making dough from scratch and serving it quick, and the quality!!!
SugarShack became the pizza’s perfect foil. Lovely butterscotch notes on the nose transitioned to citrus notes on the mid palate. Just enough acid to caress the Italian mozzarella. I love the moderate sweetness this wine possesses. Overall, another excellent example. — 4 months ago
Beautiful on the nose. Peach, apricots, caramel, and lemon zest. Perfect way to end a hot summer day. — a month ago
Tons of acidity. Great long finish. — 4 months ago
Balanced, complex and bright PN from Sonoma. Young cherry, raspberry on the front. Spices and a hint of leather in the finish. Soft tannins. — 4 months ago
Pop and pour. A brilliant light gold color. On the nose: apple, lemon, floral, saline, and apricot. Taste: creamy, dense wine with Asian pear, hard lemon candy, minerals, saline, crushed stone and a white pepper/lemon peel/oak medium plus finish. Acidity seems a little lite...drink em if you got em. — 2 months ago
All bass and no treble. Where is the acidity? — 3 months ago

Summer = Aubert. Perfect with the homemade grilled turkey burgers. Fresh punchy zesty but complex. Lemon. Honeysuckle fleshy fruit but with some stony minerality on the back end. Awesome. — a month ago
