What a lovely wine. Dark dense black fruit, soft tannins and plenty of rich oak but still balanced with tart acidity, long finish. A really complete wine. Worth checking out. Very nice with our grass fed NY steaks. — 2 months ago
Wowza! I have loved every bottle of Bedrock I have tasted, but this one is a stunner. Morgan is known for red blends, but my favorites are the whites. I have loved the Rieslings for a couple of years, but now I have a new girlfriend. Wish I could have bought a case.
The nose is typical for the AVA, more tropical than tree fruit, but then on the palate delivers sharply focused acidity, that desirable balance of acid and wood that I find in great Burgundy, some nice spice and butterscotch to round it out and all lemon custard on the finish. Simple and complex at the same time, can’t wait to see what this wine will do with some time under its belt.

Wow, another stunner from Morgan. The depth and complexity that he develops from this historic block of Monte Rosso is remarkable. Flinty nose and focused acidity really show the terroir of the site, the breadth across the palate as a so satisfying. I picked two Dungeness crab to make fantastic crab cakes just to enjoy with this wine. Amazingly delicious! — 2 months ago

Well made and perfectly cellared sure paid off for this wine. Marcassin always delivers for me after a decade. Still beautifully colored, all pears and apples in the nose, totally integrated and perfect weight, all that and the acidity still holding up. Complex and rich without being heavy, really fantastic especially with our crab and butter lettuce salad. What a nice birthday present, thanks Artie! — 3 months ago
