Good covered fruity nose. On tongue plum and astringent tannins, not particularly complex, with slight bitter tannin at the finish. Probably needs a bit more time, but good enough at the moment. 2021 in November 2025 — 3 months ago

I love a Provence Róse with a little age to it! Presents with cherries, strawberries, melon, nectarine, and cucumber. Nice viscosity on the palate, nice long herbal finish, with a touch of lavender. I prefer Rock Angel over Whispering, which has a bitter floral element to it that bites, just my taste preference. — 7 months ago

Nice wine. Last had 2 years ago and probably should have let this one go a bit further but so it goes. Decanted for 2 hours which was the right call. Quite a bit of structure with some nice red fruit mixed with soy and earth. Long finish, with medium minus tannins and good acid. Would be one to try in 5-10 years. — 22 days ago

Very light salmon pink taking on that orange hue. Aromatics are orange blossom, hibiscus, and lemon grass with some vanilla tying them neatly together. Flavor is citrus fruit and creamsicle with a brief stop on the mid palate for some tannins and then a sharp cleansing acidity. Goes very well with an elote risotto with chipotle chicken. — 5 months ago
