A discovery! Tastes this 2014 in 2023, a good way to find out if the wine has the real thing. And it did. A metallic hint, blood like, red fruit driven, sour cherries, rose petals, a Burgundian soul, unbelievable acidity, clean, the animal you get is not Brett. Loved it — 2 years ago
Albariño from several plots around Meaño. Aromas of citrus (lemon) and minerals. Very fresh, subtly saline — 2 years ago
A blend of Treixadura, Giselle & Loureiro. Expressive on the nose with yellow stone fruit, moist rocks & moss and a saline whiff. Surprisingly rich on the palate yet beautifully balanced by the juicy acidity and asking, mineral bite.
This has surprising depth & precision. An absolutely beautiful match with fish (pot roasted red gurnard)!! — 4 years ago
A very fun wine! Step out of the box and do not think anything like "a California Cab".
This single vineyard Cabernet from Spain is smooth, presents a long finish, showcasing herbs and acidity more than fruit. James Suckling rated this at 91. Grapes from 40-60
Year old Vines, dark fruits on fore palate, medicinal, mushrooms, potpourri, herbs on midpalate following through the finish. I pick up a lot of milk chocolate on the nose but does not transcend to palate. — a year ago

Dark fruit, pomegranate, a little smoky, white pepper and slate. Moderate tannins, medium- bodied. Very nice. Had it with grilled pizza. And nice all by itself lonesome. Been on a little Mencia kick as of late. — a month ago
