On the palate flavors of cherry and raspberry with tobacco, oak and garden herbs. Medium+ finish, chalky tannins, savory, ending with herbs, spice, cedar and slight fruit, savory. 2006 vintage. 426 cases produced, 3rd vintage from Jonata. Good fill and excellent (if slightly dry) cork. Decanted with little sed and tasted after 2.25 hours. Whiffable, earthy nose. Light-medium body. Tremendous, dark cherry concentration flavor-wise. A token offering of richness perceived just behind the front teeth on the roof of the mouth/palate. Grenache/syrah blend, biodynamic. Gourmet cuvée, medium body, juicy, on the purity of the fruit.. the two grape varieties are well respected and recognizable. A little refreshed, it's a lot of fun.

Assemblage grenache syrah, biodynamique. Cuvée gourmande, corps moyen, juteuse, sur la pureté du fruit.. les deux cépages sont bien respectés et reconnaissable. Un peu rafraîchi, c’est beaucoup de plaisir, c’est gouleyant à souhait. — 2 years ago
