Deep Ruby with aromas of jammy dried fruits and sweet complex spice. On the palate dried black cherry, blackberry jam and licorice flavors. Easy drinking Pinot Grigio. It's not as dry as others -- maybe that's why I like it. Quite acidic, fresh, lemony, parmigian-y umami taste. Has a prosecco-like feel, minus the bubbles.
