Dry acidity nice finish lemon — 3 years ago
Blend of Mandilaria and Mavro Aidani
Intense fresh sour black cherries, pomegranate juice, a whiff of black pepper, allspice.
On the palate this is fresh, with vibrant acidity and nice, juicy acidity.
This is on the leaner, fresher side with sour cherries galore… worked v. nicely with some grilled pork chops. — 3 years ago
An awesome assyrtiko — a year ago
This was bangin! Lots of saltiness. And hints of honey. Not as crisp and lemony as most Assyrtiko wines. Lots more depth and intricacies. 80% Assyrtiko, 10% Aidani, and 10% Athiri — 3 years ago
Med lemon.
Clean youthful aromas with med intensity of lemon, honey, stone, jasmine.
Appealing dry palate, med+ bright acidity, high but well integrated alcohol, full body, pronounced intensity.
Long acid stone finish.
Very good wine, a blend loaded with the wonders of santorini: minerality and acidity. Mineral character, can drink now, suitable for further aging.

This was super complex. It grew on me as it breathed. 45% Assyrtiko, 35% Malagouzia, 15% Vidiano and 5% Aidani. Mangos. Hints of vanilla. Enjoyed at Koufadakis in Halkidiki. — 5 months ago

Stuart Pollack
Light-red dessert wine having flavors on the chocolate side along with raisin and honey, finishing with a nutty flavor. I had it with Chicken Vindaloo but this would pair better with Lamb Vindaloo. Good for chocolate desserts. — 2 months ago
