Lemon, flinty, bright, and a slightly saltish finish. Delish! Wish I had more — 2 years ago
Volcano Essence. Indigenous variety from Canary Islands. Fruity, Peppery and mineral. Bold and complex. Honest and intriguing . Rare and singular... Medium weight with mid to high tannins and balanced acidity. This is a serious wine for serious drinkers. This is a trip into tradition and knowledge. Masterfully crafted in Abona. — 4 years ago
This wine from the Canary Islands is bright asks fresh with crisp acidity and plenty of green apple, lemon, wet stone and flint. It also has a rich undercurrent of yellow plum, white peach and fennel and a bit of salinity on the finish. Made for seafood, and Very nice with a pesto and goat cheese pizza — 4 months ago

Smells like fruit punch and rubber. Has a very clean, mineral flavor. So interesting and enjoyable. @Cinc Sentits Barcelona with turbot — 10 months ago

Nose of cranberry, raspberry, slightly peppery smoke and a hint of Halloween mask latex over a pale red peach, and slightly rusty color and a surprisingly light body. For a 6 year old wine the acidity is still sharp, tart and gently tannic, with a surprising freshness in ripe red fruits, deep rose florals and gentle tannins. As the wine opens, the nose and palate blossomed, into a bouquet of rose, wet dark stone, a bit of dried cactus bramble, a hint of mushroom and crushed ripe red fruit. Oof, delicious. — a day ago
