I recently tasted both the 16 and 17 vintage of this awesome hipster wine. 16 is more Beaujolais inspired with bouncy red fruits and bright acidity. The new 17 is much more reduced and peppery. Is this just the difference of time in the bottle? Or maybe it's a function of the vintage? I would recommend decanting the 2017
