A little dry and a little sweet. A great blend. — 6 months ago
I love a Provence Róse with a little age to it! Presents with cherries, strawberries, melon, nectarine, and cucumber. Nice viscosity on the palate, nice long herbal finish, with a touch of lavender. I prefer Rock Angel over Whispering, which has a bitter floral element to it that bites, just my taste preference. — 10 months ago

Spicy mulberry aromas and flavors in this lovely aged Shiraz from the Whispering Hill vineyard in the Mt. Barker area of the Great Southern region, the winery is about 1 hour north of the Margaret River area, on the way south from Perth, still quite dark color, starting to show its age, but still a very fine Shiraz!! — 3 months ago
Aroma of flinty strawberries. Tart strawberries berries upfront. Watermelon comes into play in the middle. Then a quick bone dry finish. — 3 years ago
An excellent champagne alternative — 4 months ago
Tasting amazing! Still needed an hour or so of air. Great fruit and structure. From magnum. Went amazing with food. — 5 months ago
Very light salmon pink taking on that orange hue. Aromatics are orange blossom, hibiscus, and lemon grass with some vanilla tying them neatly together. Flavor is citrus fruit and creamsicle with a brief stop on the mid palate for some tannins and then a sharp cleansing acidity. Goes very well with an elote risotto with chipotle chicken. — 8 months ago
Dry and acidic. Liked it a lot — 3 years ago

Even at 13 years this is yet as powerful and robust as in its first years.
Loads of blackfruit and chocolate in the nose and some hints of tar.
In the mouth silky, long and a nice acidity to balance. It benefits btw from decanting as it is way better on day 2. — a day ago
