Firstly i love the whole approach they gave to what they do, the respect and adoration for their terroir and the belief that we are talking about an instrument to pass on the culture.
"Culture is the only good of humanity that divided between us all, instead of diminishing, will become greater" this sentence on the introduction of the wine gives a very good feeling about them and by meeting them repeatedly i know it being true.
The wine too is in line with all above.
A 90% Malvasia aromatica di Candia finished off with Ortrugo and Trebbiano macerated in 4000l oak barrels for 4 months that retains a fantastic freshness and has a sapid vein that's very unique.
It's more than intriguing, it's a glass you keep looking for. Very persistent flavour.

Wonderful white for Easter- yes, there’s melon, fruity peach- some acid , but not too much- would buy again ! — 2 months ago
Very nice with spaghetti and meatballs. Wanted to try organic grapes again and was pleased. — 20 days ago
Lots of black walnut. Acid still holding up nicely. Certainly an esoteric wine but enjoyable in the right setting. — a month ago
The 2020 Vintage Tunina is smokey and understated in the glass, with mint and sage complementing crushed yellow apples. This enters the palate with a pleasant inner sweetness and soft textures, traversing candied citrus and saline-tinged orchard fruits. The 2020 finishes with decent length and concentration, leaving a salty flourish and crystalline mineral tones that add an almost crunchy sensation. That said, the 2020 could use more time in bottle to evolve aromatically. (Eric Guido, Vinous, April 2023) — a month ago

2019 vintage….pre Covid if anyone is counting.
Vineyards are 60 plus years old.
40 % Garganega, 20 % Trebbiano Toscana, 15% Incrocio Manzoni, 10 % Chardonnay, 10 % Cortese, 5 % Tocai Friulano, Riesling Italico, and Malvasia.
If there were any more varietals involved, we would need a bigger label.
Rich, honeyed floral wine with quince, ripe pear, yellow apple and honeysuckle. Medium acidity and a great finish. — a month ago
Delicious Rioja with lovely cream and vanilla flavors. Finishes with a citric acid finish. The nose is fragrant with flowers and citrus. Much better than I expected. Drink now: there’s no aging potential. — 2 months ago

Enjoyed with Branzino, sweetbreads w/ morels and truffles, pappardelle…and so much more. Perfectly balanced acidity and sweetness. A bit of barnyard funk. Loved this!! — 18 days ago
