For under $20 this is such a steal. Dark and inky, but a lot of vibrancy. Has a smoky vibe on the nose but is complimentary towards plums, blackberries, and vanilla. Smooth but with great structure. Features chocolate and plum and a lot of earthy leathery feels. Totally dig it. — 3 months ago

Perfect. So smooth, so elegant, so rich. Nearly black. Leather, chocolate, blackberries. Woody nose accompanied by leather. Fourteen years old but no sign of vinegar or other faults and color changes. The tannins are perfectly smooth at this point leaving a chewy potent finish. Powerful yet not overwhelming red wine that went perfectly with my Trofie with short rib in Chianti sauce. If you can find it, buy it. — a month ago
Fun well balanced blend of lots of grapes and always slightly different but always delicious. A good choice to go with food. Had with Philly cheese steak sandwiches. — 3 months ago

50% Tannat, 50% Merlot blend. A lesser-known cuvée by Alain Brumont. The result is in the Bordeaux spirit. Black dress, ruby reflections still suggesting aging potential. After two hours of absolutely necessary aeration, the wine delivers notes of black fruits, blackberries, blackcurrants, plum. The breeding is elegant and melted with tannins between tobacco, chocolate, caramel, eucalyptus... the evolution notes are perfectly integrated into the bouquet. A wine with a classic style, of great drinkability.
— 5 months ago

Such a good, well-behaved Tannat. Pure dark berry fruit, gravel, spice. Surprisingly soft and round in the mouth. Tannins so soft. Great value. — 11 days ago
