Beautiful gold color. Aromas of apricot, green apple, slate and freshly washed laundry. Pallet is leesy with hints of apple and minerals. Touch of citrus on the very smooth finish. Nicely balanced. Fresh, rich and satisfying. No oak. Easy drinker. Pleasant surprise. — 12 days ago
Not a big Zinfandel guy. This might make me one. Tart strawberries, fresh fruit, clearly natural but not harshly funky or overbearing. Really good. — a day ago
Full of flavor and easy to drink, a bit of spice and hints of leather, dark cherry, and tobacco. Paired wonderfully with duck breast. — 9 days ago
After opening very smooth. Definitely buying another. — 3 days ago
Second time having this wine. This wine is kicking off a long weekend in Nashville with me and the wife. Very good. Not giving the detailed notes I usually provide, because I just wanted to enjoy without analyzing. So I will standby my rating before. Glad I have a few more of these. — 23 days ago
Is this the best zin in the world? Probably. This year is outstanding. Smell of plums, earth, a hint of vanilla, spice, cherry jam, earth. So freaking good! You get all the flavors you want from zin without the 15% abv and vanilla/oak overboard. — 10 hours ago
Nice with the chicken and pork entrées. We don’t drink much of this varietal, but this one was really nice. Not what we expected in a pub type restaurant, but maybe we should, at least at this one. — 25 days ago
This 7 year old Zinfandel from Lodi is still drinking nicely.

Nice length on the finish with soft tannins.
Spicy and fruit forward.
