v17. Very good. Cedar and smoked meat nose. Juicy, black currant fruit. Bright, full, mocha and leather finish. Enjoyable!! — 2 years ago
A blend of 81% Cab Sauv, 11% Petite Sirah & 8% Merlot, deep Ruby with aromas of dark berry fruits and herb spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry and black cherry with notes of licorice and vanilla. Rustic tight tannins, lively acidity, medium+ finish ending with vanilla and cedar notes. — 4 years ago
Pale ruby in color; cherries, dried herbs, and a little smoke on the nose; high acidity; low tannins; tastes like raspberries, pomegranates, hibiscus, and crushed gravel with a hint of cloves and a long finish. Nellie Iikes it and so do I. — 8 months ago
Costco Houston find. Not remembering to cost point. My bottle says “North Coast” CS so I don’t know if they have a “Napa” bottling. Doing Indian Buffett, BYOB no corkage on Monday & Tuesday. Tasted great with the food but a bit challenging be it self. — 3 years ago
Crisp. Pale and pear. Lemongrass on the nose. Tart. Perfect with hard sharp white cheddar and figs. — 4 years ago
v18. Very good. Soft, smoked meat nose. Rich, deep, blackberry fruit. Long, smooth, dry, zippy pepper and creamy mocha finish. — 3 years ago
A really good California Pinto Noir. Nose of strawberries and cherries, very nice. Taste is a bit earthy but balanced with berries. Good tannins, but not overwhelming. Medium bodied. — 4 years ago
Interesting and not a typical California oak bomb Chardonnay. Limestone salinity with green apple and pear. Crisp and refreshing. Would be great in the summer. — 5 years ago
