A blend of 81% Cab Sauv, 11% Petite Sirah & 8% Merlot, deep Ruby with aromas of dark berry fruits and herb spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry and black cherry with notes of licorice and vanilla. Rustic tight tannins, lively acidity, medium+ finish ending with vanilla and cedar notes.

The was a Last Bottle find that I jumped all over. It did not disappoint. While Cabs from Carneros, though technically in Napa, I find are not quite as technically complex as those from Oakville, Rutherford, Stags Leap or Howell, Spring or Diamond Mtn, this one demonstrated a masterful blend of the right grapes. For such a young wine, this was rich, supple tannins, with leather and Connecticut wrapper tobacco notes behind the deep fruit. I’m keeping this winery in my personal map! Wish I’d bought more than 6 bottles!

I thought this had a very unique taste. Very fruity but you can really taste the tannins and more acidic than the wines I am used to. Was not sure how to pair this (with food)

Good, but a bit tart for my liking. Can't do more than a glass.
