Opens like a Savennières, three hours later it’s creamier and rounder like a lemon Meringue pie. Ripe apricot, honey, beeswax, chive, acacia, lemon, cream Fraiche, lemon pie, stony minerality, richly textured on the palate with the right amount of phenolics and an ultra long and pleasing finish.
