Great example of entry-level refreshing white. Leads fresh, mineral and almost makes you expect a Txakoli-like spritz on the palate. Low alcohol, citrus-driven, with a clean mouthfeel but a touch of unexpected complexity, I would speculate from some lees and minimal oxidative practice but not quite sure. The more I drink the better it gets. Phenomenal in its category
