27.10.2023 Sancerre Les Baronnes, the second wine tasted with my colleagues and the director (who is drinking). Emphasized by Sauvignon Blanc's history and the description of Sancerre as a place, it was surprisingly appreciated. The 2022 vintage is quite light in terms of texture, but perfectly represents the variety. — a month ago

This is a new one for me—Sancerre Rose. Initial sniff gave me some old cork smell, but it dissipated. Some fruit and flowers on the nose, with more juicy, tangy fruit at first taste. Drinks more like a white to me, which isn’t a bad thing. Pairs very nicely with leftover Thanksgiving turkey and sage stuffing. 2021 vintage. — 10 days ago
