Nice fresh and elegant Cab Franc, good texture, approachable tannins but with some grip still, a tad of green peppers but not too much 89-90
Beau cab franc, frais, belle finesse, touche de poivron vert mais sans déranger, belle texture enveloppant, sera très bon dans quelques années. 89-90 — 2 months ago
Day 2: Cola and dark cherry nose, with graphite and smoke. Underripe currant leaking out as well. Gritty tannin with cranberry and cherry fruit. Chalky minerality. Lingers well, plenty of dimension. — 8 days ago

First 100% Cab Franc. Great food wine. Medium plus acidity and firm but not overwhelming tannin. Strong finish.
Has that tomato leaf, perfumed aroma ive found in older wines but already present. Good complexity with tart cherries, dried cranberries, bell pepper, lavender, spice, etc. Feels very French. It’s not fruity, but easy to drink and interesting. — 2 months ago
Mind-boggling confectionary aromas; part cotton candy, part spiced treat in a Moroccan bazaar. Then citrus, quince and vanilla cream. Palate is pure energy. Ripping acid, endless concentration. The vinous equivalent of seeing god?
Need to check in 15 years. — a month ago
