Cuvée Louis Salmon Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne 2012

Pale gold color. On the nose apple, lemon pie, wet stone. Medium body. Dry. Creamy texture, mineral driven. Fermented in 75% steel tanks which and you can taste it. Long finish with taste of citrus, toast, grapefruit. I would like it more with more dosage. — 11 days ago

Brut Sous Bois Champagne Blend

Oaky, not seamless and integrated but also not over the top. There is good wine underneath the sheen of oak. If your thing you'll like it... — 4 months ago

Brut Rosé Champagne Chardonnay Blend

Pale salmon color, small, delicate bubbles. Aromas of strawberries, lemon zest and grapefruit. What a solid NV champagne, red berry flavors, lemon and stone fruit on the palate.

🍇45% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier.

Brut Réserve Champagne Blend

Xmas day and my mother in law likes champagne with cooking. What’s not to like about that :) — 2 months ago

Domaine Tempier

Bandol Rosé Blend

Salmon color with copper reflexes. Nose of grapefruit, and Mandarin peel, lemon juice, pink flowers, and petrichor. Faint Aperol on the back. Palate is explosive but not effusive. More grapefruit oil, lemon pith, garrigue, waves of saline minerality and a bright acidity that makes it go on and on. Pretty serious argument on why it deserves its reputation is the best rosé in the world — 3 months ago
