Nose is subtle and complex. As it opens gorgeous spring flower garden with dew still on. See the honeysuckle thing. White flower.
Palate is perfect lemons and minerals. As it opens some richness. Good density. Wow. Intensely mineral.
Tastes like very good traditional 1er cru Chablis. In a sense.
Let’s see where this goes.

Pop and pour. Notes from 45 min open, but will follow for a few days. On the nose: peach, soft rubber, black pepper, sweet citrus, and a hint of petrol. On the palate: excellent acidity, but somehow because of the ripeness of fruit this comes off as slightly less energdtic on the mid than I remember. Sweet apple, citrus, a hint of petrol, and then the energy comes right back for the finish. — 24 days ago
Unscrew and pour. Notes from 3 hrs open. Somewhat monolithic at the moment. On the nose: soft peach, chalk, lemon, and some green herbs. On the palate: a tidal wave of chalk, stone and lemon, with some bitterness...fantastic density and acid, but just overpowering right now...amazing dry extract, but this needs time to settle down...finish is pure lemon and wet stone with an energetic zing. Loads of youthful vigor, but seems like it needs a long slumber...for my palate, wait as long as possible to revisit. — 18 days ago
Intensely focused yet widely dimensioned apricot and exotic tropical fruits like lychee and mango. All of that orderly packed within a rich and deep mineral frame. Endless length and texture in a rarified class. This is already drinking well, even if primary. — 16 days ago
