Still a baby but starting to flesh out nicely. — 4 days ago
A very potent but well balanced 50/50 blend of merlot and cab franc grown from their small estate vineyards facing the snake river. Strong vanilla notes and spice on the back. Rich dark fruit of black cherry and tart blackberry upfront. Opened up significantly more after about an hour. Settling down the wine and became very balanced and rich with secondary notes of leather and cherry drenched cigar box. I did pick up the cab franc typical green notes of agave, peas. — 5 days ago
Wow! 18yr Wa Cab- still got it. Seamless flavors. Tannins and fruits are still doing their job. Think might even have a few more years. — 15 days ago
Dry and delightful! Perfect with an Armenian mezza. — 9 days ago
Very aromatic, rich apricot, rocky minerals. Round body with smooth but present citrusy acid, lingering chalky minerals. Super delicious!! — 20 days ago

We cant get enough of this wine. When out of towners visit and they want to experience a high quality Idaho wine, this is what we serve. Not too many winemakers can make Idaho grown Cab Sauv work, but the unique layout of this small vineyard makes an excellent wine. Vibrant dark cherry with well integrated but very present oak laced tannins that control the punchy juice into a charged balance that explodes in your mouth. Best Idaho Cab bar none! — 2 days ago
