Hermitage Red Rhone Blend

Have not opened a bottle of Parallel 45 in some time. This 2018 cotes de Rhone opened July 2021 and allowed to breath. The aroma is intense black cherry with dark chocolate. The taste replicates this and has mild to moderate tannins. It remains a great choice for meats like lamb or ribs. I will keep it in stock. — 3 days ago
