Pop and pour. A wondrous medium gold color. On the nose: Asian pear, oyster shells, lemon, floral, toasted nuts. Taste: great creamy-chalky mouthfeel with lemon, minerals, tart green apple, honey, cider. YUM! Still delicious at 27 years. — 14 days ago
Exceptional quality, Ruby red deep color, great aroma and best with food. Highly recommend Cabernet. — 17 days ago

Very good as always. A bit smokier than I remembered but still a great staple. — 18 days ago
A big Cabernet (83 percent) but not over the top. Great with a steak. Blackberry on the palate. Also has 8 percent Malbec, 6 percent Cab Franc, 3 percent Petit Verdot. At 10 years old, Tannins have smoothed a lot, but more aging possible. October 2023. — a month ago

Fantastic, Puligny-esque nose.
24H Update: Flint, faint toasty oak, dried lemon pith, dehydrated white peaches; Salted tangerine, dried lemon, candied pineapple, lime zest. Wow, very good. — a month ago
This wine rocks. Gripping wine.
Raspberry and some black fruits. Very dense and structured.
Held up well with heavy Italian food
Softening with airtime. Around 3 hour mark - provides some interesting elegance with drying tannins.
