Pairs well with vodka sauce. Good right out of the bottle. Dry and easy drinking. — 15 days ago
Nose is stewy.
Too bad. Palate is great. Big Tintilia spice. Killer blackberries. Fresh as heck. A bit bitter. — a month ago
This past Friday night I opened the 2017 Pala Cannonau di Sadengna Reserva. This is a 100% Garnacha from Serdiana, Sardegna, Italy.
On the nose there is strawberry, raspberry, cherry, licorice, tobacco, cinnamon and earth.
On the palate I am finding strawberry, cherry, raspberry, licorice, cinnamon, leather, dried herbs and earth.
This wine is medium to medium + body a nice smooth mouthfeel medium + acidity and medium + grippy tannins that leave you with a long red fruit earthy finish. I hope everyone's weekend was eventful and are looking forward to the week ahead. Please stay safe and healthy. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷🍷 — 8 days ago
Nose has a bit of poop. Not awful. Crazy blackberry flower.
Plate is silky blackberries. Integrated Tintilia spice. Rich. So delicious. That spice flitting above the blackberry fruit is just killer. — a month ago
Palate is crazy Tintilia spice. Crazy juicy. Wild blackberries. A touch of bitterness. So fresh. Wild and crazy. So juicy almost in places on the palate you didn’t know juiciness could be. So spicy it’s like a new erogenous zone.
The erogneous zones of spice. — a month ago
