Good but too fucking dry who the fuck would have thought it would be dry with a name like dry fml — 2 months ago
What a wonderful wine! The nose is a bit muted and not as expressive as some Kabinett bottlings from the same producer that I had recently. It's also very young. Lemon juice, pineapple, fresh apple, a bit of a petroly thing, too. The nose is full of restraint and rather delicate. The palate is model of balance. Residual sugars are clearly present but the acid backbone is so powerful that what remains in the end is a tangy, very fresh note which leads you to reach for the glass immediately to take another sip. Apple, pineapple and lemon notes all along, a bit of an oily, sirupy texture in the mid palate, some mild grip in the rear and a very lovely zesty touch all over the finish which makes for a great tasting experience. This is superb! — 3 months ago
Crisp and very clean and quite enjoyable with 8%abv. Classic aromas and flavors of green apple, pear, lime, honeysuckle, flint, wet stone and white peach. Off-dry with high acidity, the wine has a lovely balance of fruit and acidity and a long finish. A joy to drink. — 5 months ago

Mar 2026: awesome! — 3 months ago
Cherry, raspberry, hints of cola and eucalyptus. Others said loamy soil, and now I have a better way to describe the earthiness of wines like this. Balanced and pairs beautifully with salmon and lentils. — 4 months ago
Minerally and tart! Love! — 5 months ago
A very enjoyable off the shelf back vintage here. Nothing terribly complex, but balance point has held up wonderfully after a decade in the bottle. — 2 years ago
Mineral, hint of spritz, ever so slightly sweet, low alcohol. Paired with spicy chicken teriyaki bowl. Money — a month ago
1 hour decant(lots of sediment). A wonderful inky dark purplish garnet color. On the nose: Intense notes of black and blue fruit, herbaceous, tobacco leaf, pencil shavings, forest floor. Taste: rich, velvety, harmonious mouthcoating wine with blackberry, currants, chocolate espresso, graphite, and a spiced-charred wood- dark cherry long finish. YUM!! — a month ago

Thinking pink as summer temps continue into October...
Strawberries and minerals on the nose and palate, more mild acidity compared to prior years. I'm loving this vintage!! — 8 months ago
Star bright pale yellow. Subtle inviting nose and medium palate of Meyer lemon, underripe peach, and white flowers. Bracing acidity more than balances the Kabinett-level residual sugar yielding an excellent pair for a wide range of foods (pork and roasted fowl in particular) and a wonderful warm weather sipper. Drink now through 2032. — 2 years ago
