Just phenomenal. And I am a Graach guy at Prum. More never and energy than WS. Nose is so ethereal. Lime zest, first of season green apple skins, slate, apricot, phyllo dough. So expressive. Some sweet rubber as well. Like brand new rubber boots. Palate is so elegant and concentrated but light yet almost middle weight and weightless. Huge fruit soak. Such purity. Perfect for a mid summer Tuesday night. — 2 months ago
Would score a perfect 10 if not for the price. Big stone fruit. Great with spicy food. — 5 months ago

Pale lemon color with medium+ intensity aromas of floral, stone and citrus fruits with floral notes. On the palate this almost dry wine shows flavors of peach, ripe apple, lemon, apricot, melon with wet stone mineral. Vivid acidity with great mouthfeel on medium+ finish. Can age a bit but is very good now for optimal freshness. — 5 months ago
This is less sweet, and more straightforward, than the 2001 JJ Prum Wehlener Sonnenuhr Spatlese we drank recently, this is moderately sweet, nicely balanced, but the separator from the 2001 is the layers of depth and complexity of the 2001, although this is still quite good!! — 4 months ago
