P:Oranges and peaches, So delicate, some wood, tactility seductive, Viscous yet refreshing.preserved citrus. The “ inner mouth energy” is tremendous.

Very lovely drink! Really good balance. It’s a bit delicate so needs to go with lighter fare. We had it with Thai Chicken and it got a bit lost. But by itself was very enjoyable. Only 12.5% alcohol adds to drink ability. — 14 days ago

P: So smooth, Oranges and almonds. Caramel. Great acid balance. Nice chalk underlying it.
