Even more toffee than the Solera Cream, with the obvious molasses comparison coming to mind. Black tea also very evident on the nose.

Alvear 1927 Solera Pedro Ximénez from Montilla-Moriles D.O. Tastes of liquefied apricot candy, pancake syrup. Fruity and highly alcoholic. Had this wine with churros dipped in Dulce de Leche.

Sweet fig jam, nicely balanced and silky over your - a perfect ending to this evenings line-up.

Dark mahogany. M+ viscosity. Raisins, gigs, prunes, dried fruit, citrus, Christmas fruit cake. M+ acid, rich and full bodied. Mouth coating and a long lingering finish. A classic! Serve with a salty Spanish cheese plate! You'll be in heaven.

Wow. What didn’t this Sherry taste of? Fig, sultana, toffee, candied lemon peel, apricot nectar, smoke, leather, and a never ending finish. Brown colour and lusciously sweet.
