This Pinot Noir was incorrectly identified by the app (twice...). This is Sancerre Rouge, with pleasant dryness and sour raspberry fruit. Able to retain its youthful character despite somewhat old age. — 7 years ago
Utter floral completeness with mineral and fruit and savory and length and I'm smitten. Thanks @Max Kogod — 7 years ago
Balanced, very enjoyable. Chicken dinner. Drank with Roger, Sally, Abby, Paula, Graham, Judy at Jolly Frog, SHROPS, Apr 2018 — 4 years ago
Rapidly changing wine, let it breathe, surprisingly smooth for Grenache, super low tanins — 5 years ago
The 2014 Domaine De la Grand'Cour Le Clos Fleurie is my current obsession, but these were all delicious and fun to taste back to back (to back to back...). A study in granite, flowers and crunchy red fruit. Thanks for the great event @Max Kogod and #kogodwinemerchant, and thanks for hosting @Molly Brooks-Thornton and #bankershillrestaurant — 7 years ago
Very nice. A gift from Jean Marc. Shared with he & Ros for déjeuner. This is Jean Marc's go to Champagne. — 5 years ago
Full ripe gooseberries, rich medium golden hue, long pleasant finish — 5 years ago
Heres the funk I am looking for! Wet wool hits you in the face, while underripe green pear, beeswax, jalapeño skin, and crushed macadamia and bitter almond add a lovely nutty element. Richer mouthfeel with m+ body for a Sancerre, it's palate coating and gives off great texture. The acidity is not the typical punch that I'm used to but it finishes elegant and well rounded. Not your typical Sancerre but really lovely none the less. — 6 years ago

Nice Sancerre inviting scents of grapefruit and mint, unfortunately lacking a bit of complexity, acidity and length to bring it to another level — 3 years ago
