Went to their champagne bar in Paris-don’t know specifically which tasted but all fabulous — 2 months ago
That is a majestic nose, but also closed in and so much more to express. The one to age. Expansive and wide. Acidity and intensity along with such amazing clarity and freshness. Energetic and lean. But also so long. Inner mouth aromas, bonkers wine. so so so long. — 3 months ago
First bottle of wine in over a week; drunk over two days. — 20 days ago
Exoticism, olive? olive juice, so saline, focused, wow the acid, so unique, Complex, saline, compact and unreal finesse and energy. Terrific purity. Inner mouth aromas. Very saline and complex and just so deep and endless. Finishes clean and so so elegant but slathered with minerals and and so long. — 3 months ago
We did 21 barrel samples so 2020 bottle shot. Bottled in August. Super expressive nose, ripe and exotic. green pea, salt, but so complex and detailed. So much nuance. Silky and complex and has amazing finesse and elegance with an exciting and sapid finish, what energy as well. So mineral on the finish and tremendous complexity. Also a purity that is out of hand.

Really enjoyed this. Stone and citrus fruit, fine bubbles, yeast. — a month ago
2.9. Sweeter and more citrusy than our usual white wine. But has a certain clarity with various fruit tastes. Gift at Annie’s party. — 2 months ago

In the zone. Nose of meyer lemon and super confectionery seashell aromas and glorious minerality. Lovely earth notes as well. Palate is ripe, rich and tensile with a lemony lusciousness and a salty, invigorating finish that builds nicely. Clean and drinking perfectly now. Great concentration and density. Long finish. Outstanding. — a month ago
