Esprit Gassier

Patrick Regnault

Brut OG Esprit d'Auteur Grand Cru Champagne Blend

This is the Fûtile cuvée. Reductive to start off. Needs some 20 min air to shine, and it does! Low dosage of 1g. Wood is well integrated now. Bought this at the domaine some two/three years ago. Not aware of dégorgement date but at least 2-3 years ago. — 19 days ago

Floral, full bodied. High alcohol contempt without losing its flavors. The best alternative for a Chardonnay — 2 months ago
