A notch better than the last bottle 3 months ago, likely because I decanted longer. Perfect pairing with beautiful slow smoked and then seared steaks from Kinderhook Farms. Loads of cherry. Slightly chunky at this point but doesn’t detract, at least not with food. Delicious. — a month ago
