El Maestro Sierra

La Sirena

Amador County Rosato 2019

La Sirena Rosato 2019: Medium-light bodied. Well balanced. Light acidity. Nice minerality. Strawberry & citrus flavors with a bright & clean finish. Made from Primitivo grapes sourced from Amador County in the foothills of California, this is the perfect “fun to drink” or “easy to love” rosé wine. Let’s not forget this rosé comes from the talented winemaking skills of Heidi Peterson Barrett 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 All in all, a perfect selection as schools out & summer’s here! Let the summer camps & play dates begin! Make it a unique & magical day! Cheers ☀️🧜‍♀️🍷 — 13 days ago

Ramey Mountain Vineyard Estate Bottled Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

Like reading a novel. Big wine but medium weight… if that makes sense. Big fruit… but not a fruit bomb. Tons of sediment… but the color is clear and bright. This was a fun wine tasted over 3 days. From the town of Oregon House, California. In the Sierra Foothills. Near Clos Saron. … magic soil in Oregon House!? — a month ago

Maestro Collection Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

Oh my, what a gem. From the moment I opened it I knew I was in for something special. Wonderful nose that brought a big smile to my face. First taste was a bit tough due to tannin overload. I figured a few hours would do it. Yep after decanting and two hours of waiting dinner was ready and I poured some. Huge flavorful wine. Rutherford dust was the first thing I noticed. It got better from there. I have one bottle left, now just on a mission to find more. — 11 days ago
