We enjoyed this wine during our first dinner in Healdsburg last week. We were drawn to this wine when we learned that the winemaker is Bob Cabral who was once at William Selyem. He is now at Three Sticks but has the Valette wines on the side. This wine was full bodied, elegant, earthy and absolutely delicious. One of the last great vintages from Jean Paul Valette - deep purple color with a tawny rim, fresh nose of cedar and cassis with wonderful fruit soft tannin and along finish. Perfect now. — 3 years ago

Vino color rubí con cuerpo denso y clarificado. Notas de amaderadas, frutos rojos, zarzamora, vainilla, canela. Vino muy bien balanceado, con astringencia y acidez media.
Este vino tiene una alta retención y sin duda cada sorbo invita al siguiente.
