Hit of pear (Asian pear?) on the nose and a little just-mown lawn. Complex, almost busy, palate darting from one thing to the next: sweet, savory, tart and citric. Long sweet-sour finish. Fantastic!

Honey, peaches, apricots in honey with a pinch of thyme - Chenin aromatics in all it’s glory. Broad on the palate at first, with the juicy acidity holding it together and finishing quite taught and mineral. A great wine, even if way too early to drink. hold for a few more years. — 9 months ago

Cuvée "Exilé" Sparkling Rosé Gamay 2018

I think my first ever pet nat a few years ago (poured by @Alex Spoto maybe?), and still among my all-time favorites. Wonderful juicy and sweet peach and strawberry fruit while also being incredibly savory and mineral. A touch off-dry? Enjoyed tonight with quick-smoked herb-rubbed salmon, Israeli cous-cous and a fresh salad. Perfect. — a year ago
