Out of a magnum, we drank it for Easter 2022. Perfectly mature, ready, but with many more years ahead of it. Full body, nicely balanced, so dense and concentrated, complex, and so tasty. — 2 years ago
Sh-t. I mean. This starts inconspicuous but becomes more energetic with each day open. Coiled acid and melting taffy. Aching red fruit; dripping, swirling mineral dust. Subtly sweet, then unexpectedly dry, with a powdery texture. Worthy parallel to eg bandol rose, but even more acid. — 2 months ago
Deep ruby; medium plus intensity aromas of red and black plum, pomegranate, blackberry, black cherry, earth, mushroom, soy sauce, leaf, cinnamon, cloves l; dry, medium plus acid, medium plus chalky tannins, high alcohol, full body, medium plus intensity flavors consistent with aromas; medium plus finish, very intense and concentrated, very good — 5 years ago

What a wonderful Rośe from Domaine Tavel the de Bois. I know I drank the wine colder than it should be consumed, but what a guilty pleasure, the nose had a hint of raspberry soda, and the palate was like an explosion of a dry adult raspberry soda, and withe the French bread & tomatoes with basil, I could not have asked for anything better!!! — 5 years ago
A little closed at first but developed nicely with great depth and balance — 6 years ago

Medium plus body, dark plum. Undertones of pomegranate. "When I smell it, I get the warm feeling." -Tim — a month ago
