Rustic. Black raspberries — 2 months ago
The 2017 Barolo is a very pretty, gracious Barolo that will drink well upon release. Aromatic and lifted, but with plenty of structure beneath, the 2017 is a great introduction to the estate's wines. Dried herbs, sweet pipe tobacco, cedar, mint and pine lend quite a bit of aromatic nuance to this expressive, mid-weight Barolo from Conterno. Terrific. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, October 2021)

A full-bodied red. It paired well with a sausage meal, but would go well with pasta too. — 2 days ago

Yummy and lengthy and smooth. Brought by a friend to our sat evening quiche dinner! — 3 years ago
Blend of 60% Nebbiolo, 20% Dolcetto & 20% Freisa, aged in stainless for 6 months, Ruby with aromas of dark fruit and sweet floral notes. On the palate flavors of cherry and raspberry with floral herbs and lively acidity. Medium+ finish, fine tannins ending with fruit and floral notes. Great value! — a month ago
