#AgedWineTuesday
Reddish in color with a wide reddish rim and medium intensity.
Pretty nose with wild flowers, red fruits, light earth, herbs, tobacco leaf, light oak, sweet cherries and spices.
Medium bodied and smooth with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with cherries, cooked plums, oak, tobacco, licorice, chocolates, herbs, spices and earth.
Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and raspberries.
This 20 years old red blend from Bandol is absolutely fantastic. Drinking very nicely right out of the bottle, and feels fresh and engaging.
This Single Vineyard is elegant and powerful. Complex and nicely balanced.
A great sipping wine that will also pair nicely with food.

Super charming NV cinsault with all that purply fruit and plumminess. Glou glou for sure. Not complex but surely doesn’t need to be. You’ll come back soon for another sip. — 25 days ago
Deep purple in color; black cherries, blackberries, and wood smoke on the nose; medium plus acidity; high tannins; tastes like black plums, blueberries, wet slate, and a hint of black pepper with a really long finish. — 2 months ago
Exactly what I’ve come to expect a nice rosé to taste like. Never disappoints. — 5 days ago
Haven’t had a Turley in years, and this is good. Fruit leather on the nose, with very soft, light berries on the palate. Low acidity. Subtle minerals, herbs and spice. Overall dry, with some sweetness. Hint of thyme. Light-bodied (12.5% abv) with clear ruby color and pleasing tannins. Medium-long finish. Great with cured meats. — a month ago
2023 vintage rose from Bandol in Provence. Deep salmon color, red fruit on the nose, lovely strawberry flavors, with balanced acidity and a tart finish. — a month ago
Another solid vintage of this consistently good Provence Rose’. This vintage’s blend is Grenache (50%), Cinsault (30%) and Syrah (20%). Light pink in color with some lavender highlights. Fruit forward aromas of strawberry, watermelon, red flowers and lemon zest. Same fruity flavors with additional notes of peach, orange, and minerals. Touch of white pepper on the tart finish. Crisp, refreshing and clean with a faint hint of sweetness. Nice balance of acidity and alcohol (12.5%). Thanks for sharing, Chris B! — 3 months ago

Pretty color of peach.
Fresh nose of red fruits with citrus and herbs.
Medium bodied with medium acidity and nice complexity.
Dry on the palate with raspberries, strawberries, citrus, apples, sea salt, grapefruits, herbs and spices.
Tangy finish with limes and light almonds.
Elegant and fruit forward. Soft and smooth. Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel.
Good by itself or with food.
Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years, and see how it evolves.
