Green pepper and grassy, with loads of iron minerality. Raspberry on the finish. Its natural, it’s something different. $40 at Bossa Nova. — a month ago
Classically styled Chenin drinking great at 5 years. Apples, lemon oil, and a faintly oxidative finish. (maybe a skosh of VA)
Was blinded with this and guessed 2015 Savienierres. The nose alone had Chenin written all over it. Great stuff that can age another half decade at least. One of my favorite producers and my first time trying this wine. — 6 days ago

Captivating #chinon #cheninblanc - green apple, fresh herbs, rounded honey notes. QPR not that high up there for $30 but a lovely wine. — 4 months ago
Ruby with aromas of berry fruits and herb spice, from 30-year old vines. On the palate flavors of red berry fruits, herbs and pepper spice, vivid acidity, fine tight tannins with medium finish ending with earthy spice. Drink now, pair this with a roasted Cornish Hen with a mushroom sauce. — 2 days ago
Excellent drinking in 2023. Agree with those who say there are more floral notes then tertiary notes. I purchased for $22 in 2019. — 10 days ago

Riper & more dimensional than previous ‘ young’ vintages I’ve had from Raffault, & no cork taint obviously. A note to self that these can be delicious & reasonably priced when bought upon release. Plenty of bright red fruit, a brambly rose petal layer in secondary notes, & enough snap crackle pop in its low tannin body to keep it delicious. I didn’t go deep with Baudry but I did with Raffault despite its rep for faulty wines as they age- but I am excited by the promise here. May my ‘07s age gracefully… — 11 days ago
