Medium ruby-garnet color.
Aromas of roasted red pepper, cherry, peppercorn, tomato leaf.
Dry. Flavors of dried black cherry, peppercorn, roasted red pepper, cured meat, cinnamon, leather, tobacco. Medium-rich, chewy tannins. Wow!

Delicious. Starts in one place and ends in another — 2 months ago
Intense and still young chianti which started blossoming after 2hrs in the decanter. Spiced red fruit bonanza with black tea and forst floor. Very long and intense. Served with Italian Peposo beef stew, a sublime combination . — a month ago
Deep Ruby color with aromas of red/black fruits, floral and smoky oak. On the palate flavors of blackberry, cherry and plum flavors with garden herb notes, cacao, tobacco and toasty notes from 18 months of oak aging. Fine ripe tannins you can bite into, long finish ending with fruit and an earthy smoky spice character. Nice! Will age! — 2 months ago

The precision and pencil lead generated a Bordeaux vibe-driven Sangiovese that was so long and perfectly tart I was tasting this half hour after the last drop. Majestic sour cherries in one of the nicest CC-GSs I’ve ever had. Needed 45 min decant. Props to @Jay Kline on this one: “Bravissimo” indeed! — 17 days ago
