Intense without being too much; blackberry, prunes, tart cherry, and pomegranate. Tightly coiled but still offering up a lot of intriguing flavors and aromas. Will probably save our other bottles to see how it develops but not mad that we opened this by any means — 7 days ago
Belle pureté, fruits croquants, framboises, fraise, la finesse, longue finale — a month ago
Pop and pour, realized I had made a mistake and then vigorously decanted...didn't help much: muddled and disjointed. Put this on the counter overnight. If you have to drink this now, give it at least 24 hrs slow ox. Notes from 24 hrs open. On the nose: pure blackberry and cedar, some cassis, soft vanilla. On the palate: soft acidity, which is my only real complaint, fantastic density, tangy black raspberry and currant, and very soft, grainy tannin on the finish. Just singing today. — 3 days ago

“Rose’ of the South of France.?” Blend of Cinsault (50%), Grenache (40%), Syrah (8%) and Carignan (2%). Nice pale pink color. Aromas and flavors of red fruit, apricot, peach, wildflowers and fresh herbs. There is a pleasant green note on the very juicy pallet. Touch of minerals and saline on the finish. Easy drinker. Thanks for sharing, Pete. — 5 days ago
