Very closed on night one, on night two it’s got delicate and very pure orchard fruit on the nose, along with fresh straw, and lots of cracked stones. Very crisp and minerally in the mouth, with some weight and really nice acids. Reminds me a little of good Muscadet, with a tad more weight but minus the quinine. — 7 days ago
