Nice hey color. The nose is herbs, grass and friuts. The taste is apple and white cherry. Aftertaste: fresh, short but delightfully. Good wine. — 2 months ago
Very fruity, with lots of cherry and strawberry. Notes of pepper and pencil shavings. Lovely quaff and good with food, as well. — a year ago
Awesome wine with a sense of place if SudTirol — 2 years ago
Nose has intense honeysuckle perfume, citrus floral notes, white pepper, dried lemon/lime pith and dry, ocean beach sand.
Palate has dehydrated grapefruit, under-ripe pear, orange peel, peach skin with a medium dry finish, nicely refreshing on a warm evening.
Our first time with the Pfefferer (Moscato Giallo) grape. Quite reminiscent of a great Gewürztraminer, from the New York Finger Lakes of course! — 4 months ago
An amazing Gewurztraminer that taste absolutely unique.
Such a depth and length. Beautiful bitters. So fresh. But still big. A truly spectacular wine for very special occasions.
This wine is macerated with the skin for a long time (7 months). Then 5 months in stainless steel. — 8 months ago
10 years on the lees! Rich, full, and just a touch honeyed with loads of hazelnut and a beautiful bead of a bubble. Don’t know the grape breakdown but this is an incredible sparkler. And from Südtirol!!! €40 from Enovit in Bolzano. — a year ago
Vintage 2016. Color: ruby and shiny. The nose is ripe red cherry, confy amorelo, oak, minerals and skin. Rich and intriguing. The mouth has the same sensation as the nose. Well-balanced and fresh. Aftertaste: short but pleasant. Very good wine. — 4 months ago
Definitely needs a decant. I decanted 30 minutes and it needed more. Dark red color with ever so subtle brownish tones. Nose contains pencil shavings and ripe vegetables. Wine is very green with hints of cranberry and plum. Tastes much higher than the listed 13% OH. Wine reminds me of the 2010 Domaine Eden Cab Sauv. — 8 months ago
