Jun 2nd, 2022Wine is a bit subtle. Aroma is quite with just a few floral notes, some honey, hint of vanilla and maybe some lemon. Fairly light in body with a strong acidic finish. Somewhat surprised as I was expecting something more in the chardonnay realm than the sauvignon blanc that it is. Perhaps not worth the $35/bottle price point.

This is all delicate, barely ripe fruit (apple, pear, nectarine, tangerine) with medium+ body and acid, and a finish that just won’t stop. Very pretty - I would have called it Chenin Blanc if I had tasted it blind.

Nov 25th, 2021Loved this wine and now tried the 2019 vintage, nice citrus lemon flavors, still a little frizzante but went really well with turkey stuffed peppers and herb and garlic roasted potatoes
