Outstanding. Drinks like a southern Italian take on chenin. Some viscosity balanced by plenty of cut. Crisp and honeyed, fresh green apple and pear, fennel, white pepper, crushed white stone, saline. Great right out of the gate — 3 months ago
Excellent minerality, lifted floral & stone fruit, high acid, lengthy finish, great structure and body. Could be more expensive tbh. — 5 months ago
Crisp mouth watering acidity with bright, fresh stone fruit that is not quite ripe and a saline mineral touch went well with spicy cava bowl — 3 months ago
Awesome nose of insane florals, minerals and just more florals. Like a Crabtree & Evelyn. Melon and citrus develop with air. Palate is at once crisp and linear but also opulent and exotic but it’s all precise and reigned in. Long mineral finish with structure to burn. Juicy and perfumed on the finish. — a month ago
