Pale lemon in colour. From Campania arguably the home of Fiano not forgetting it is also grown in Sicily. Restrained aromas of pear, honeysuckle and apple. Those descriptors coming through on the medium bodied palate finishing dry with stacks of salinity. Refreshing and moreish. Had my last bottle 34 weeks later on 28th June 2026. [note for Fiano Bowland Vineyard, 2020 (sorry couldn’t find the correct entry] 25 cases made, 10 months fermentation in neutral barrel (228L). Full malo. Golden hue with green tints slightly hazy. Beautifully round texture. Meyer lemon, sweet pear drop, lemon Meringue pie, stone fruits - peach white apricot, hints of fresh pineapple (and pineapple candy) elevated acidity, long finish. — 4 years ago

We couldn’t find the exact lovely wine we had on our honeymoon, but this is the same region/type so we tried this. Nice fruity sweetness (lemon/pear?) but with background acidity/minerals too to balance and make it fresher. Not always a big fan of white wine but really like this! — 6 years ago
