Lemon yellow. Oak, flint, chalk. Salt. Lemon. Citrus. High viscosity. Acidic. Floral. Ginger. Coriander seeds. Bitter from herb. Complexity. Terredora di Paolo Fiano di Avellino DOCG 18 @2280, F, 240928-241019 — 3 months ago
Had this wine at an Italian steakhouse. It was very flavorful but not overly dry. Would definitely order again — 4 months ago
A beautiful wine.
Nose: white flowers. Lemon. Mountain meadow. A hint of sponti.
Palate: so clean. Drinking a mountain stream. Finely powders minerals. Lemon flowers.
More than the sum of its parts. It has an elegance.
This wine seems to oscillate between very dense meursault and a wispy chassagne like thing from vintage to another. A huge swing.

Had one last Fiano after returning home from Campania. Seashells, jasmin, lime, white pepper, green olives. The finish is slightly bitter with a livley acidity. Fresh. — 3 months ago
Very nice. Reductive. Taste like aged Riesling. — 3 months ago
