One of the best Pinots ever had — 2 years ago
Pretty good stuff. Not outstanding but top half so far from the wines we brought back from Oregon. Nice complexity and balance between fruit and earth, just lacking in that certain something that makes a wine exciting. — 6 years ago
Nice nose still shows some youthful angularity, but sports ripe, dark cherry, a little smoky barrel spice, and turned forest soil. On entry the palate displays nicely concentrated, vibrant cherry fruit and a bit of crushed rock minerality, very nice acidity. A tad bit of bitterness on the finish detracts slightly, but I’m betting that in 2 years that will be gone as tannin settles out. — 6 months ago
Very rich and full bodied on the Pinot spectrum. A current and butterscotch nose with grassy undertones. The mouth feel is luxurious with strong licorice and wet slate notes. — 7 years ago
— 3 years ago

Cloudy and a bit of funk upon opening. Blew off to intense sassafras. Very mature. — 12 days ago
