A wonderful surprise! Really a good white from Pessac-Leognan made by the Bordeaux Sciences Agro a part of Bordeaux University. This mix of Sauvignon blanc, Sauvignon Gris and Sémillon is just perfectly balanced. The nose is rich and complex with grapefruit and flower touches!
